Superflite manufactures three polyester aircraft fabrics, all made in the USA, 72 inches wide and sold by the linear yard. Superflite fabrics are certified for use with any STC'd coating system.

SF101 Heavy (3.7 oz.) is our certified heavyweight fabric for aircraft that need extra strength and durability. SF102 Medium (2.7 oz.) is our certified medium-weight fabric and the most common choice for certified aircraft. SF104 Lightweight (1.7 oz.) is a non-certified fabric for experimental, homebuilt and ultralight aircraft where saving weight matters.

Superflite fabrics are shrunk in three stages, at 250, 300 and 350 degrees. Choose matching SF102 or SF104 surface tapes, and attach everything with U500 fabric adhesive.
