Superflite pre-shrunk tapes have less than 3 percent shrinkage left in them. Because they will not pull tight and shift as much when heated, they stay straight and true, making them ideal for straight runs such as ribs and longerons and for dark-colored paint schemes where wavy tape lines are easy to see.

Pre-shrunk tapes are available in SF102 medium weight and SF104 lightweight fabric, in 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 and 6-inch widths, with straight or pinked edges. Choose pinked for more adhesion and a classic look, or straight edge for easier sanding and a less visible tape edge.
