Superflite sticky-back reinforcement tape does double duty as an anti-chafe tape. It is similar to masking tape, with fiberglass fibers woven in for strength.

Used under the fabric, it acts as anti-chafe tape to protect fabric from wear at sharp edges, rib caps and contact points on the airframe. Used over the fabric on the ribs, it acts as reinforcement tape under rib stitching.

Available in 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch, 1-inch and 2-inch widths, in 60-yard rolls.
